Terry McDonell, Editor, Time Inc. Sport Illustrated Group, which reaches an audience of 30MM in print and 35MM online. Under his direction, the SI Group produces SPORTS ILLUSTRATED and 22 other magazines and websites. Since 2009 he has been recognized as an industry leader in the creative development of digital applications for traditional media. SI is now available on tablets for Apple and Android, numerous mobile devices and in HTML5.
McDonell has also top edited Esquire, Rolling Stone, Outside and US Weekly, which he converted to a weekly in 2000. He is also a novelist (California Bloodstock), poet (Wyoming), screenwriter (Miami Vice, China Beach), and wrote the video game Night Trap. McDonell serves as President and Chairman of the Board for the Paris Review Foundation.
