Dr. Hans-Peter Kleebinder, Head of Marketing Germany, AUDI AG
Hans-Peter Kleebinder was born 1965 in Ingolstadt/Germany and holds a Master Degree in Economics and Politics from Munich University and a Marketing PHD in "International Public Relations" from University St. Gallen, Switzerland.
He started his professional career 1989 as a freelancer with BURDA publications in Munich and New York . In 1991 he became a junior consultant at DIGMAR AG in St. Gallen/Switzerland, one of the European pioneers in digital marketing and eCommerce.
In 1993 he joined the BMW Group in the Public Relations and Press Department. After 1994 he worked in Marketing Strategy & International Marketing Transfer before he was appointed Launch Manager for the global Launch of the BMW 3Series. After launching the first BMW Group Websites in 1997 he became in 2000 Head of the BMW Group "Marketing Innovation Lab" focussing on innovations in sales and marketing. In 2003 he was appointed Head of Marketing for MINI Germany, end of 2008 he took over the responsibility for MINI Sales in Germany with 224 retail and service outlets with a volume of 33.450 units.
In October 2010 he joined AUDI AG as Head of Marketing Germany.
In 2009 Hans-Peter was invited by the "BMW Stiftung Herbert Quandt" to the World Young Leaders Forum in Mumbai and to the Wirtschaftswoche & Dale Carnegie Leadership Program.
Hans-Peter is married and has a daughter with four and a son with fourteen years. He is a senior lecturer in the Executive MBA Program at University St. Gallen/Switzerland and at the ‘Bavarian Academy for Marketing’ in Munich
