Florian Haller

CEO, Serviceplan Group

BIOGRAPHY
Florian Haller was born in Munich in 1967. After studying economics in St. Gallen, he took up his first post as a customer consultant for Lintas advertising agency in New York, and then moved on to Proctor & Gamble in 1992, where he spent five years. Here he initially worked as category manager for dishwashing in the European headquarters in Brussels, and later moved to Geneva to act as brand manager for household products. In 1996, he began to work as managing director for Dritte Werbeagentur with Serviceplan. In 2000, he moved to become managing director of Serviceplan’s agency group holding. In July 2002, Haller took over as CEO of the Serviceplan Group. The trade journal Horizont voted him ‘Agency Man of the Year’ in 2006. In 2010, W&V magazine nominated him as ‘Media Personality of the Year’. In the coming year, he will represent advertising agencies for the first time in the ‘great debate’ opening gala of the Munich Media Conference.
